General Conditions:

- Stay from Saturday h.12: 00 to Saturday h. 10:00 (in the period  21 / 7  - 18 / 8);

- Minimum stay on request in the remaining periods of the year;

- The apartments are assigned from h. 12:00 to h.15:30  the day of arrival;

- The apartments must be returned before h.10:00 am the day of departure;

- Service delivery and reception of guests;

- Managed Care: No board;

- Children 0-2 years stay free of charge;

- Children aged between 3 and 10 years receive a discount of 50% on the adult rate;

- Long stay: 10% discount for stays of 2 or more weeks (combined with other offers) except period  01/08 - 22/08);

- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED;

The price includes:

- Water. electricity, gas, air conditioning, maintenance, LCD  TV sat (to allow guests watching foreign programs in their language), microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, weekly change of bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning, use of kitchen equipment and tableware, kitchenware, household items, consumer goods and garden furniture, use of the Terrace, use of the common washing machine, the outdoor showers, the barbecues, final cleaning;

Supplements to be paid locally:

- Daily cleaning optional € 10.00;

- Extra change of bed linen and towels: single bed € 5.00 per change – double bed €10.00 per change - bath kit € 5.00 per person;

- Extra bed: € 15.00 per day;

Services offered for a fee:

- Transfer service from  and to  the airports of Trapani Birgi and Palermo Punta Raisi (the price will  be determined based on the number of applicants for the service);

- Cars, bikes, motorbikes, inflatable boats, and boats;

- Hiking;

Confirmation of booking:
To confirm your reservation you must pay 30% of the total amount that will be sent by bank transfer.
The balance must be received 30 days prior to the start date of your stay.
Upon receipt of the advance and the balance, you will receive a confirmation e-mail or fax (vouchers) that must  be presented at check-in at reception, the staff will give the keys of the apartment .
